Our team has also been trained to satisfy you by all means under company policy. All callers are important to us. | How long does it take to process my order? | |
| All orders in by 2:00 P.M. (Mountain Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will be shipped out the same day. We ship from Phoenix Arizona. All orders in after business hours, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. www.recyclingforpets.com is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps by our couriers | |

| What are your Shipping & Handling charges? | |

Our shipping department hours are Monday through Thursday 6 am to 4 pm except for holidays. We are Closed on Fridays. Our standard method of shipping is via US Priority Mail. Standard shipping is FREE. Delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days. If you wish to choose faster delivery, you should proceed to the shopping cart where you can choose an alternate means of delivery. Canadian Orders Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped First-Class International Mail via the US Postal Service. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by Canadian Customs. Due to higher restrictions, safeguards and customs inspections, orders can take up to 6-12 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, Canadian shipments do not have tracking numbers. Usually light orders take 6-7 days while heavier orders take longer. A Shipping and Handling Charge of $5.00 USD will be added to all Canadian Orders. Note: You do not have to submit your credit card information or make any commitment before seeing and agreeing to your shipping charges. Also, any corrections made to addresses after shipment will result in a $10 correction fee, which is imposed by our carriers.

Remanufactured Ink Jet and Laser Toner Cartridges – Each quality checked and fully tested ink jet or toner cartridge you purchase carries a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE! If your cartridge should fail or be unsatisfactory during the warranty period, you may contact the recyclingforpets.com customer care staff to request an RMA number and a postage pre-paid return mailer or ARS label.. Upon receipt of your return, please allow 1-3 business days for your replacement item to be shipped or your credit card to be credited.

| Once an order is placed and is completed, it is processed, run through address verification, and then charged. This process allows us to immediately spot unauthorized fraudulent charges. All orders that have been cancelled after being charged are subject to cancellation fee. | |
